Role Description: Course Counsellor / Marketing Executive (Student Recruitment)

Location: On-site, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur (WP)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Student Recruitment team as a Course Counsellor / Marketing Executive. This role involves advising and guiding prospective students, promoting UCSI Colleges programmes, and supporting students throughout the admissions process. You will also play a key role in executing marketing strategies, organising recruitment activities, and strengthening partnerships with schools, agents, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic course counselling and advice to prospective students on programme options at UCSI College
• Guide and support students through the application and admission process.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and recruit students.
• Organise and participate in education fairs, open days, school visits, and other promotional events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, recruitment agents, and partners.
• Contribute to content creation, digital campaigns, and promotional activities in support of recruitment goals.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve enrolment targets.
