Job Description

We are looking for a creative, design-driven and social-first Creative Content Executive to support the firm's digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website, newsletters, event promotions and other digital channels.

This is not a purely administrative social media role. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for design, visual storytelling and modern digital content, who can help us translate legal, technology, fintech, AI, data protection and business-related content into visually engaging posts, reels, carousels, event creatives and short-form digital assets.

The ideal candidate should be able to create social media content that is clean, sharp, premium and visually distinctive, with inspiration from modern sports, technology, editorial and lifestyle brands.

Creative Content Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1) Social Media Design and Content Creation

Create visually strong social media posts, carousels, event posters, quote cards, campaign visuals, thumbnails and short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.

2) Short-Form Video and Reels

Assist with basic video editing, reels, motion graphics, captions, transitions, podcast clips, webinar snippets and short-form digital content.

3) Brand and Visual Direction

Help improve the firm's overall social media look and feel, ensuring that all visuals are modern, consistent, premium and aligned with the firm's positioning.

4) Content Planning and Posting

Assist with preparing, scheduling and publishing social media content, including event announcements, article promotions, podcast releases, legal updates and thought leadership content.

5) Event and Campaign Support

Prepare creative assets for webinars, conferences, podcasts, training programmes, client events and internal campaigns.

6) Trend and Competitor Monitoring

Monitor social media trends, design references, competitor content and high-quality digital brands, and propose new creative ideas for the firm's social media presence.

7) Performance Review

Assist in tracking basic social media performance, including engagement, reach and content effectiveness, and suggest improvements.

Key Requirements:

The candidate should have:

  • Strong design sense and a good eye for layout, typography, colour, photography and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating social media visuals, Instagram posts, carousels, reels or digital campaign assets.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar design/video tools.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok content formats.
  • Ability to create content that looks premium, modern and professional.
  • Good writing ability for short captions and simple content copy.
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to work with deadlines.
  • Interest in technology, business, law, fintech, AI or professional services would be an advantage.
