ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for aCreative Designer with strong ideation capabilityto join our event agency. This role sits at the heart ofconcept development, helping shape how brands come to life throughevents, activations, exhibitions, and immersive experiences.
What you'll do:
Creative Ideation & Concepting
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions
- Develop event concepts, themes, and experiential ideas
- Translate briefs into strong creative directions and narratives
- Support pitch ideation alongside Creative Lead / Director
Visual & Design Development
- Create key visuals, mood boards, and look & feel proposals
- Design pitch decks and presentation visuals
- Develop design directions for stage, dcor, installations, and environments
Event Execution Support
- Adapt creative ideas into on-ground applications (stage backdrops, graphics, signage, screens)
- Work with project and production teams to ensure creative intent is maintained
- Assist in refining designs based on site, budget, and technical constraints
Collaboration
- Work closely with creatives, producers, and project managers
- Communicate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 13 years experiencein anevent, experiential, or creative agency
- Strongconcept thinking and visual storytelling skills
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Able to visualise ideas forphysical spaces, not just flat layouts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment , late nights and over the weekend
