About your new role!
We're looking for a
Creative Designer to assist in producing creative outputs across digital, retail, social, and ATL campaigns ensuring work is fast, effective, and on-brand.
You will collaborate with a diverse array of creatives and consultants within GrowthOps to bring campaign ideas to life.
What You'll Do
Execution
- Execute visual development across integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategic intent
- Help support design execution across social, digital, POSM, print, and motion
- Collaborate with designers, creative leads, and project managers to bring campaign ideas to life
- Review and refine work at every stage from concept to final rollout
- Ensure efficient rollout of master creative across multiple formats and channels
Collaboration
- Work closely with copywriters and leads to integrate visuals with messaging
- Receive feedback from senior leads and make necessary revisions
Trend Awareness
- Stay informed about current design trends and industry best practices
- Research new design tools and technologies to incorporate into projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Relevant experience in design, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong visual design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaign work across brand, digital and retail design
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
