Job Description

The Creative Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling digital and print materials while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. This role supports marketing campaigns, events, social media initiatives, web experience, and digital platforms while managing advertisements, packaging, and content creation to strengthen the company's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design for Digital and Print Platforms

  • Design online content, including social media posts, website banners, and promotional materials.
  • Create offline content such as catalogs, banners, posters, flyers, and event displays.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

2. Packaging & Label Design

  • Design packaging and product labels, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines and industry standards.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to develop packaging concepts that enhance product appeal.
  • Ensure all packaging materials are visually engaging, informative, and aligned with the brand's positioning.

3. Event and Campaign Support

  • Develop graphic designs for events, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  • Design marketing collateral to support product launches and promotional activities.

4. Brand Management and Visual Consistency

  • Maintain and update the brand's visual guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to produce modern and effective visuals.
  • Ensure all digital and print materials reflect a strong and consistent brand presence.

5. Web UX/UI Design & Optimisation

  • Design and optimise website and landing page layouts to enhance user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new web features and improvements.
  • Improve website navigation, usability, and conversion flow to increase engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with developers or web vendors to implement UI designs effectively.
  • Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

6. Digital Content & Online Platform Management

  • Update and maintain the e-store and website to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Manage and optimise digital ads to maximise engagement and ROI.
  • Oversee social media platforms, ensuring engaging content creation and consistent posting.

7. Photography and Videography

  • Support photography and videography shoots as needed for training sessions, events, and project campaigns.
  • Assist in editing and producing high-quality visual content for various marketing initiatives.
