Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to develop visually appealing packaging and marketing materials across our brands. While packaging design will be the primary focus, this role also supports a variety of creative projects, including branding, promotional materials, digital assets, and campaign visuals. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands print production, and is able to translate brand concepts into impactful visual communications.
Key Responsibilities- Design product packaging, including boxes, labels, pouches, bottles, cartons, and promotional packaging.
- Develop creative packaging concepts that align with each brand's identity and marketing objectives.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and ensure all files meet printing specifications.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, POSM, product inserts, stickers, and other promotional materials.
- Create digital assets for social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns when required.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Procurement, and suppliers throughout the design and production process.
- Liaise with printing vendors to review proofs, colours, materials, and finishing before mass production.
- Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends, packaging innovations, and printing technologies.
- Support other creative and branding projects as assigned.
Requirements- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Packaging Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic or packaging design.
- Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
- Knowledge of print production, packaging materials, and artwork preparation.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
