Job Responsibilities:
Understand client's business at the highest level and oversee day-to-day project execution and relationship with clients
Build strategic partnership with clients across categories and brand
Leads tactical implementation plans to achieve clients digital campaigns objectives
Effective crisis control and management
Strategic input and creative judgment valued by planning and creative alike
To develop integrated design concepts which incorporate printed matter, environmental graphics, activation ideas, etc. for clients
Demonstrate expertise in cutting edge, innovative and culturally savvy designs, and create a range of concepts and designs for each project
Create high quality contents and generate new and innovative ideas by collaborating with internal staff, utilizing personal creativity, skills and experience
Develop extraordinary design work across digital platforms including social media, CRM, e-Commerce, digital ads & website
Apply brand systems, typography, photography, colour and other elements appropriately to create innovative solutions that meet client needs
Make informed recommendations for how to artistically achieve conceptual objectives for artwork
Take initial responsibility for development, delivery and evaluation of projects working in conjunction with all functions
Prepare creative presentations to the client
Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects
Edit outputs based on feedback from agency staff and clients
Carry out shared values faithfully and play as a role model for team members
Supervises and reviews the output of team members
Constantly trains and coaches junior members, conveying advanced skills
Requirements:
A diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Design/Advertising/Visual Design
Applies knowledge of relevant applications and computer technologies to complete various tasks eg: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc
Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production
Understands tools and vehicles (e.g. fact sheets/brochures, catalog, direct mail/email/POSM) used in marketing communications development and message design, content , format, execution of strategy and evaluation of communication effectiveness
Conceptualize and develop creative pitches, leading presentations effectively
Shows expert skills in writing and speaking such as public speaking and presentation in order to effectively provide the knowledge as well as increase the levels of understanding and acceptance among the audiences
Uses in-depth skills to evaluate creative relative to strategy and for exceptional impact, and judges the likely effectiveness and success of achieving desired objectives.
