Mission
Direct the creative department to deliver excellent client work, while building a high-performing team with the capacity to serve all our retainer clients and projects. Ensure projects meet TCI's standards of excellence, deadlines, and profitability goals.
Monthly Salary Range
RM 8,000 - RM20,000 (highly depending on work experience, skill sets, and job fit)
Requirements and Outcomes
1. Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience in a Creative or Marketing team
- Direct oversight of multidisciplinary functions: Videography, Graphic Design, Web Design/Development, SEO, and Paid Ads
2. Foster Team Growth and Empowerment
- Design and implement career growth plans, regular 1:1s, and performance reviews that develop leadership, ownership, and skill advancement within the creative team.
3. Refine Creative Team processes by the end of the year
- Work closely with the creative team to document, refine, and implement all creative processes in TCI in order to level up our creative processes.
4. Deliver Creative Excellence (Quality at 9/10)
- Maintain consistent quality standards and push work to meet client goals. Establish a creative review rhythm and inspirational feedback loops to push the team beyond client expectations.
5. Maintain Team Perceived Value rating (via internal surveys) at 9.0
- Achieve a 9.0+ Team Perceived Value rating by fostering trust, providing feedback, and driving team satisfaction.
