Purpose of the Job

Our client's Devices & Services Marketing Team bring their hardware devices to life, in both physical and online retail environments. They're a dynamic team whose mission is to positively influence how people discover, explore, and understand their products.

As a Creative Artworker you will join a dedicated team providing design and artwork services directly to this client for the APAC region. You will support adhoc and seasonal campaigns - transforming initial design concepts into polished, production-ready assets for both print and digital media. You will also support retail toolkit adaptations for product launch periods across multiple countries - ensuring a high volume of digital assets is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest possible standard

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of design software, and the ability to ensure brand consistency across all visual elements.

Key Responsibilities

Production and Execution

  • Accurately and efficiently build and adapt key visuals across various formats, including digital (social media, web banners, email) and print (brochures, packaging, point-of-sale).
  • Prepare final artwork for production, strictly adhering to specified technical requirements, bleed, trim, color settings (CMYK, RGB, Spot), and file naming conventions.
  • Manage version control and archive design files logically and systematically to maintain a clean and efficient library.
  • Create detailed mock-ups and presentation files for internal review and client sign-off.

Quality Control and Compliance

  • Conduct thorough pre-flight checks on all artwork to identify and correct any technical issues before release.
  • Ensure absolute fidelity to brand guidelines, style guides, and regulatory compliance requirements and consistency across all materials.
  • Work independently and cooperatively with various stakeholders (Marketing Managers, the production team and print suppliers) to troubleshoot and resolve any file related issues, ensuring smooth delivery of final assets.

Collaboration and Support.

  • Provide technical expertise and advice on best practices for file preparation and production methods.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of standardized templates and workflow processes to improve team efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Artworker, Production Designer, or similar role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced in-house creative team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator,Photoshop) and Google Workspace (docs, sheets, slides) in the Mac OS are essential. Experience with Figma is a plus.
  • Print and Digital Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of print processes (litho, digital, large format), color management, typesetting, and digital file optimization techniques.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and an eagle eye for layout, typography, grammar, and technical specifications.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility thrive in ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced, deadline driven, rapidly changing work environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Problem-solving: The ability to creatively and technically resolve issues that arise when adapting designs to complex or restrictive formats.
  • Self-motivated team player; must be able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate technical specifications and issues.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred
