Social Media
- Work with relevant PICs to produce creative assets across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Support both organic and paid content development
- Contribute fresh ideas and trend insights to help us boost audience engagement especially if you've got a flair for creativity and an eye for spotting what's trending.
Branding
- Assist with the development and execution of brand initiatives
- Support event booth designs, installation plans, and align with external vendors for brand visibility
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create assets for blogs, email campaigns, and promotional activities
Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to develop shipper-facing creatives, including presentation slides, event materials, and custom visuals for shipper initiatives
Other Creative Deliverables
- Support creative needs for other business units, including:
- HR (e.g., career fairs)
- Product launches and retail openings
- Internal events and company-wide happenings
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest and skills in graphic design, photography, video shooting, motion graphic and video editing
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or Canva
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and what kind of content performs well
- Ability to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute visual ideas
- Good sense of aesthetics, layout, and branding consistency
- A fast learner who's adaptable and comfortable with multitasking
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills able to work with different teams (marketing, sales, HR, etc.)
- Basic copywriting and content writing skills are a bonus
