Job Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Creative Direction
- Set and maintain creative guidelines and corporate identity (CI) aligned with the company's brand direction.
- Ensure consistency across all visual and communication materials.
Retail & Visual Experience
- Lead the development of effective point-of-purchase (POP) materials to improve store visibility and enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with store interior designers to integrate communication tools and visual narratives that reflect branding, seasonal themes, and promotions.
Team Management & Workflow Oversight
- Manage a creative team of graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Prioritize tasks, oversee daily operations, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Content Creation & Marketing Support
- Produce engaging digital content for various platforms, including visuals, GIFs, and short videos tailored to social media audiences.
- Review and approve creative materials to ensure they meet marketing objectives.
Strategy & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Stay informed on market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to drive fresh, competitive ideas.
- Work closely with key stakeholders (e.g. Project, Merchandising, Planogram, Operations) to align creative strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in related field
- Preferably with 3 - 5 years experience in related field
- Knowledge on Visual Merchandising would be an added advantage
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Video editing software (FinalCutPro, iMovie or Movie Maker)
