Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Assist in designing marketing materials, presentations, posters, and promotional content.
  • Support content planning, copywriting, and campaign ideas.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research.
  • Assist with social media management and scheduling.
  • Help develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and employer branding.
  • Support the team in organising marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or other design software is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
