Job Description

In this role, your primary focus will be delivering high-quality visual content for our clients, followed by supporting REFORM's internal marketing and business development needs. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Creative Strategists, and Internal Marketing Team to transform creative concepts into high-performing visual assets.

Key Responsibilities & Job Scope

1. Production & Post-Production (Core Hybrid Role)

  • Act as the primary on-site videographer and photographer, taking full ownership of camera operation, lighting, and directing talent/subjects.
  • Oversee and guide the in-house Video Editor and Graphic Designer to ensure raw footage and photos are edited tightly according to the AM's content plans or CS's pitch mockups.
  • Ensure all visual assets maintain high production standards and align with the technical specifications required for various digital and social media platforms.

2. Retainer & Existing Client Management

  • Collaborate closely with the Account Manager (AM), who will provide the monthly content plans, references, and creative briefs.
  • Ensure all shot and edited content strictly matches client requirements, brand guidelines, and provided visual references.

3. New Business & Pitch Support

  • Work collaboratively with Creative Strategists (CS) to develop visual mockups, mood boards, or spec content for potential client proposals when required.

4. REFORM In-House Marketing

  • Support the internal marketing team by producing creative content for REFORM's own social media and digital channels.
  • Execute content creation based on visual references and directions provided by the internal marketing team.

5. Task Prioritization

  • Priority 1: Client Deliverables (Retainers, active campaigns, and pitch mockups).
  • Priority 2: REFORM In-House Marketing & Asset Creation (To be executed when there are no active client shooting or editing deadlines).

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Preferably 3+ years of experience working within a digital agency, creative production house, or an in-house brand team.
  • Hands-on knowledge of professional cameras (DSLRs, mirrorless, cinema cameras), lens selection, audio gear, and lighting setups for both studio and on-location environments.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or any editing softwares.
  • Strong interpersonal skills & communication skills
