Creative Strategist & Content Creator (Growth Marketing)

Adeve Digital is a lean growth marketing agency. We help founders align strategy, creative, and digital so their marketing gets clearer and compounds as they grow.

The Role

You're the link between our clients, our creative team, and the work. You'll write (ad copy, landing pages, captions, video scripts) and also keep projects moving, hold the quality bar, and make sure nothing slips between brief and the delivery. 

We want someone who can do both: hop on a client call, align on direction, then produce the work (or brief the team) and ship it on time. You use AI to move fast, but know when the work needs another pass, and own getting it there.

Job Description

Content & Creative

• Write ad copy, captions, landing pages, and creative briefs for the design team.
• Script short-form videos for the videography team.
• Develop full-funnel content (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) across client brands.
• Turn dry topics into simple stories that stop the scroll.
• Use AI to draft and iterate faster, then apply judgment to make it good.

Client Success

• Own assigned client accounts as the main point of contact.
• Run check-ins with clear, proactive, honest communication.
• Know each client's business well enough to push back or suggest better directions.

Project Management

• Own timelines and deliverables across content, design, and video.
• Coordinate internal teams, flag issues early, and keep projects moving without being chased.

Job Requirements

• A genuine interest in writing and what makes people pay attention or take action.
• Able to juggle multiple clients and projects without dropping the ball.
• A strong communicator who can hold their own on client calls.
• Comfortable with, or willing to learn, AI tools.
• Adapts tone across different brands.
• Good written English and Mandarin.
• Exposure to digital ads or performance marketing.
• Experience shooting or editing short-form video.
• Experience with Notion, ClickUp, or similar.
• A side project or blog that shows you create for the love of it.

Work Arrangement 

Hybrid. In our Bandar Kinrara, Puchong office once or twice a week, 8 minutes walk from the LRT.
