Role Description

Were looking for a creative, and performance-minded Creative Strategist for Meta Ads to join our growing team. Youll work across multiple high-growth brands and lead the charge in developing ad concepts that not only look good but drive conversions

This role is perfect for someone who understands what makes people stop, click, and buy. Youre not just a creator. Youre a strategist. Someone who blends storytelling with psychology, brand with performance, and data with instinct.

This is a full-time role based in KL.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Own the creative direction of all paid Meta ads (IG & FB) from ideation to testing to iteration
  • Work closely with creative team and clients to translate marketing objectives into high-performing ad concepts
  • Analyze winning ad trends and audience behavior to craft creative strategies for each campaign
  • Lead UGC and influencer content strategy, and work with creators to script, brief, and review
  • Oversee and map content calendars and shoot plans for weekly rollout
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and creative giving clear direction to the design, video, and content teams
  • Run competitive and ad library research to find gaps, inspiration, and new angles
  • Track and monitor ad creative performance to guide data-driven optimizations

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have 25 years of experience working in Meta ads or social-first creative strategy
  • Have experience with high-converting sales campaigns
  • Know how to brief, direct, and manage UGC/influencer content that doesnt look or feel forced
  • Have a strong POV on what makes a good ad and can back it with data or psychology
  • Are highly organized, independent, and can manage multiple brands with clarity and accountability
  • Understand creative testing frameworks (hooks, angles, CTAs, formats, etc.)
