Job Description

The Creator Affiliate Marketing Specialist is expected to have a thorough understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, which includes creator affiliates, and how we can achieve set requirements for our key clients. Ultimately, a Creator Affiliate Marketing Specialist should be able to manage multiple creator affiliate projects without compromising on the quality of service.

The Creator Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be reporting directly to the Creator Affiliate Marketing lead.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for launching and growing the creator affiliate service and capabilities for the business.
  • Support to achieve client sales objectives through creator affiliate channel marketing strategies.
  • Source, review and shortlist suitable creators that match for each brand campaign with potential of high sales conversions (GMV target driven).
  • Connect, maintain valuable relationships and manage day-to-day relationships with creators of all levels.
  • To manage end-to-end creator communication, such as confirming projects, product training, quality control of content generated, sample distribution, content draft approvals, and payouts.
  • Monitor creator affiliate campaigns and ensure set campaign targets are achieved.
  • Monitor, review and optimise all campaign performance, that include encouraging creators to generate more content that are able to boost sales.
  • Serve as the link of communication between Xamble Live and creators.
  • Main source of creator, live hosts and talent pool for Xamble Live.
  • Prepare performance reports for Xamble Live and clients when required.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and creators in TikTok.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliate marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of sales-driven marketing strategies and performance-based influencer campaigns.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, Adobe) for influencer management.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencer management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideal for individuals passionate about influencer marketing, social commerce, and affiliate sales strategies.
  • Must be proactive in identifying and nurturing creator partnerships to maximize campaign success.
