Job Description

Responsibilities
The Creator Operations team serves as the strategic engine of TikTok Shop's affiliate ecosystem in Malaysia. They are responsible for the health, growth, and monetization of a million-scale creator base. By leveraging data-driven insights and scalable operational frameworks, they design the strategies that empower creators of all tiers to thrive, driving the evolution of social commerce in the region.

Responsibilities
1. Scalable Creator Strategy & Tiered Management
- Segmented Growth Frameworks: Assist growth strategies tailored to a million-plus creator pool, utilizing tiering (e.g., entry-level to mid-tail) and category-based segmentation to drive targeted engagement.
- Scalable Campaign Execution: Develop and execute the end-to-end implementation of large-scale, category-specific activities, ensuring seamless adoption across the unmanaged creator segment during flagship promotional and BAU periods.
- Lifecycle Operations: Design and optimize automated/scaled communication and community frameworks to improve creator retention, task completion rates, and overall ecosystem health.
2. Linkshare Channel Strategy & Performance
- Full-Funnel Ownership: Act as the primary PM for the Affilite Links(Linkshare) channel, taking full accountability for the end-to-end funnel—from supply sourcing and traffic optimization to conversion and GMV results.
- Commercial Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance bottlenecks within the Linkshare workflow; implement strategic interventions to enhance traffic efficiency and ROI.
- Supply-Demand Matching: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align high-potential product supply with appropriate creator segments, maximizing the channel's output.
3. Cross-Functional Strategic Alignment
- Collaborate with Categories, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure that initiatives and features are optimized for the high-volume requirements of the Malaysian market.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree and above, 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or project management.
- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional logical thinking and the ability to derive actionable strategies from complex, large-scale datasets.
- Operational Excellence: Proven experience in managing high-volume operations or projects where scalability and process automation were critical.
- Able to communicate in Chinese as this position mainly work with the features team in China, where Chinese is the primary working language.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ecosystem Expertise: Prior experience in managing million-scale communities, MCN/affiliate networks, or large-scale digital distribution channels.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to balance day-to-day operational execution with long-term ecosystem health and strategic positioning.
- Product Sensitivity: Familiarity with e-commerce product logic and the ability to partner with technical teams to optimize operational tools.
