Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu for a Credit Card Sales Executive. The role involves promoting credit card products, engaging customers to understand their financial needs, and offering tailored credit solutions. The successful candidate will maintain relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. Regular coordination with team members and participation in promotional events or roadshows is also required.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Engagement skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and effectively promote products
• Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple clients and meet sales targets
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services, particularly credit cards and their benefits
• Proficiency in using basic technology for record-keeping and reporting tasks
• Self-motivation with the ability to work under pressure and achieve objectives
• Experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage, but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education qualifications are a plus
