Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu for a Credit Card Sales Executive. Responsibilities include promoting credit card products to potential customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relations. The role also involves engaging with prospective clients through face-to-face interactions, providing accurate product information, and managing application processes to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers
• Knowledge of payment solutions, credit card services, and financial products
• Customer service orientation with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in problem-solving and attention to detail
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or financial services is an added advantage
• Must be outgoing, presentable, and possess a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic sales-focused environment
• Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are a plus
