Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Credit Card Specialist, based in Johore, Malaysia. The Credit Card Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products, assisting customers in understanding product offerings, and processing applications accurately. The role also includes maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and fostering customer relationships to achieve sales targets. The Credit Card Specialist will collaborate with the sales team and report on market trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Credit Cards and related financial products
- Effective Communication and strong Customer Service skills
- Sales experience with the ability to meet targets and close deals
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts
- Ability to work in an on-site, client-facing environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- A diploma or degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
