Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Credit Card Specialist Team Leader, located in Johore, Malaysia. The team leader will oversee the daily operations of the credit card team, ensuring efficient workflow and strong performance. Key responsibilities include managing team activities, achieving sales and service targets, handling escalated customer inquiries, monitoring compliance with company policies, and providing leadership and coaching to the team to enhance overall productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions
- Knowledge in Finance and Financial Services, with an understanding of credit card products and related processes
- Experience in Accounting and Auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial procedures
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
