Role Summary

The Credit Control & Leasing Executiveis responsible formanaging tenancy administration, rental collections, tenant relations, and operational coordination to ensure smooth leasing operations,timelyrevenue collection, and high tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leasing enquiries, unit viewings, tenancy agreements, renewals, andcoordinatehandoverand takeoverprocesses.
  • Source and screen prospective tenants and support lease negotiations.
  • Prepare Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, renewals, and other lease-related documents.
  • Create and generate new contracts in IFCA.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants on leasing, billing, coordinate maintenance requests and operational matters with internal teams and contractors.
  • Monitor rental collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and prepare billing and collection reports.
  • Reconcile tenant accounts, prepareremindernotices for outstanding payments,Notice of Demand,andliaise with legal representatives for delinquent accounts.
  • Prepare reports for management, including occupancy reports, collection reports, agingreportsand tenancy status updates.
  • Support audits and budgeting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, tenancytermsand regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma orBachelor'sDegree in Real Estate, Business Administration,or related fields.
  • At least3years of experience in leasing, property management, or credit control preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia andEnglish.
