Debt Management and Collection

Debt Recovery

Credit Assessment

Payment Processing

Customer Communication

Negotiation and Problem Solving

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in credit control or a related finance/accounting role

Previous experience in a Finance Department or with corporate collections is a plus.

Knowledge of credit risk assessment and relevant legal regulations

Good customer service and negotiation skills
