Job Overview

The Credit Control & Sales Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales and leasing teams in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. This role oversees credit control processes, sales administration, and operational coordination to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-centric delivery.

In addition, the role builds and maintains strong relationships with financial institutions to support end-financing arrangements, while safeguarding the company's financial health through effective credit evaluation and management. The position also contributes to overall sales effectiveness by streamlining processes, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive effective credit control strategies to ensure timely collection of progressive billings.
  • Monitor aging reports and proactively manage overdue accounts to minimize financial risk.
  • Collaborate with Finance on billing, reconciliation, and cash flow tracking.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle from booking, SPA execution, loan documentation, to vacant possession (VP).
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all sales documentation and processes.
  • Manage SPA administration, purchaser documentation, and loan disbursement coordination.
  • Lead the VP process, including coordination of inspections, documentation, and handover.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience during property delivery.
  • Address customer issues and escalations professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure all sales and credit control activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready records of all transactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in credit control, sales administration, or related functions.
  • Experience in property development or end-financing (banking) is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational improvements.
