Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Control Officer at Aveta Group, located in Selangor, Malaysia. The responsibilities include overseeing credit control processes, managing outstanding payments, and ensuring adherence to the company's credit policies. The Credit Control Officer will handle debt collection, support with financial assessments, and work closely with the finance team to analyze customer accounts and minimize credit risk. Additionally, the role involves communicating with clients professionally to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Credit Control, Credit Management, and Debt Collection processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and minimize credit risks
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance, including account management and reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools is an advantage
  • Prior experience in credit control or debt collection will be beneficial
