Job Description
- Monitor and manage outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Evaluate and assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
- Establish and enforce credit policies and procedures in line with company guidelines.
- Prepare accurate reports on credit and collections for management review.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and account reconciliation.
- Identify and mitigate potential credit risks to protect the company's financial interests.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the credit control function.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of credit control processes and financial principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Mandarin speaking proficiency is an added advantage
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
