Key Responsibilities

• Manage all credit activities within an assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance and effective debt collection.
• Drive strategies to reduce aged debt, bad debt, and improve cash flow performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing queries, complaints, and reconciliations.
• Develop and implement credit management policies aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve collection processes.
• Maintain accurate records using credit management tools and ensure timely reporting.
• Actively participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with sales and shared services teams to enhance credit handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline; financial qualifications are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in credit management, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, ledger reconciliations, and collection procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate results within deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
