ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to drive business growth in Equipment Financing (Hire Purchase – Non-Act) and Term Loan products. This role involves acquiring new customers, evaluating credit proposals, and building strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Opportunities are available across multiple levels, and the position level will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Identify, solicit, and develop new business opportunities for equipment financing and term loan products
- Expand customer base through active prospecting, networking, and referrals
Marketing Activities
- Plan and execute marketing and business development activities to achieve assigned targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities
Credit Evaluation
- Evaluate and recommend credit applications in line with company guidelines and within the stipulated turnaround time
- Perform financial analysis and ensure completeness of credit documentation
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and suppliers
- Generate repeat business and referrals through effective engagement and service
POSITION LEVEL AVAILABLE
Officer / Senior Officer
- Focus on business acquisition, client servicing, and relationship building
- Handle basic to intermediate credit assessments
- Suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience
Assistant Manager / Manager
- Manage more complex and higher-value financing transactions
- Perform in-depth credit analysis and deal structuring
- Contribute to business growth strategies and mentor junior team members (where applicable)
- Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience with proven track record
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, or Commerce)
- Strong interest or experience in business development, client engagement, and financial services
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong credit writing and financial analysis skills (for senior roles)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Possession of own transport is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in engaging customers are encouraged to apply
