We are seeking a data-driven Credit MIS & Portfolio Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building MIS and advanced dashboards, conducting deep-dive portfolio analytics, tracking portfolio performance, and supporting Collections management. Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Analytics & Performance: Conduct deep-dive analysis on portfolio performance to ensure continuous improvement and healthy portfolio growth.
- Dashboards & Ad-Hoc Insights: Develop dynamic dashboards and perform ad-hoc analysis to provide actionable insights using advanced analytics.
- Early Warning & Delinquency Support: Provide data analytics and reporting support for portfolio management strategies, including early warning triggers and pre/post-delinquency action plans.
- Collections MIS Support: Support the Collections team to develop MIS trackers and data analytics that optimize collections strategies and performance tracking.
- Governance & Regulatory Support: Support the preparation of data and decks for management meetings and regulatory submissions.

- Portfolio Health & Insights: Delivering deep-dive analysis and data-driven insights that help monitor portfolio trends and support management strategies.
- MIS & Dashboard Effectiveness: Building and maintaining accurate, reliable dashboards and data trackers that empower both portfolio management and the Collections team.
- Reporting Timeliness & Accuracy: Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of recurring management decks and regulatory data requirements.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in Credit MIS, Portfolio Analytics, Portfolio Management, and Collections. (Fresh graduates with relevant skills and project experience are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Expertise:2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with advanced analytics, programming languages, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView), SAS, SQL, Excel automation/data-prep tools (VBA & Power Query).
- Data Management:Solid understanding of data structure management to support efficient credit reporting and portfolio analytics.
Work Ethic & Soft Skills:
- Highly disciplined with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating high accountability.
- Strong oral and written communication skills (an added advantage).
