Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and execute debt recovery strategies for Consumer Products/FMCG accounts, ensuring alignment with CCR Networks established procedures and legal requirements.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of delinquent accounts, utilizing available resources and databases to locate debtors and assess their ability to repay outstanding debts.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors, employing strong interpersonal and communication skills to achieve optimal recovery outcomes while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, including communication logs, payment arrangements, and legal actions, within the company's debt recovery system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and operations, to escalate complex or high-value cases, providing necessary documentation and support for further action.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations, including the Financial Services Act and Personal Data Protection Act, to mitigate legal risks and maintain the company's reputation.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on debt recovery progress, highlighting key performance indicators, challenges, and recommendations for improvement to the Credit Recovery Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder with a strong academic record; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and resolve complex debt recovery issues, adhering to established legal guidelines and industry best practices within the Consumer Products/FMCG sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with debtors and internal stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships to achieve recovery targets.
  • Energetic and highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving collection goals.
  • Solid computer literacy, including experience with debt collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comprehensive understanding of debt collection laws and regulations in Malaysia, ensuring all recovery activities are compliant and ethical.
