Credit Risk Operations

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale collections, Accounts Receivable (AR), credit risk management, or a related function within the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial or operational requirements to non-specialists.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills, particularly in resolving outstanding payment issues and recovering overdue balances.
• Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to maintain positive and professional customer interactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in assessing payment delays and financial risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial accounts receivable recovery and AR finance operations, with the ability to recover outstanding payments and support healthy cash flow management.
• Experience reconciling billing statements, handling client inquiries, and resolving payment disputes for commercial clients.
• Ability to analyze business financial statements and cash flow data to identify root causes of payment delays and financial risks.
• Experience conducting counterparty credit reviews for banks and non-bank financial institutions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, including working closely with data analytics teams to support the development of counterparty monitoring dashboards.
• Prior collections experience within the banking industry is required; experience with fintech or large-scale digital financial platforms is highly preferred.

Preferred Background

• Candidates with experience from banking institutions, fintech companies, or high-volume financial operations environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments with strong exposure to commercial collections and risk monitoring is an advantage.
