Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Crewing Officer based in Puchong, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Crewing Officer will coordinate and manage crew scheduling, ensure compliance with aviation regulations, and assist in crew onboarding. Responsibilities include overseeing crew operations, supporting the management of crew-related issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with multiple departments to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Managing Crews and Crewing processes to ensure smooth scheduling and personnel allocation
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members, departments, and external stakeholders
• Experience in Operations Management related to aviation, logistics, or personnel coordination
• Familiarity with Ship Management or relevant industry knowledge is an added advantage
• Ability to manage time efficiently and resolve operational issues
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
