Key Responsibilities
- Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems
- Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams
- Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis
- Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood
- Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes
Qualifications
- Proficient in spoken and written Japanese (min JLPT N3)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Proficient in programming languages such as .NET and SQL
- Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform
- Basic knowledge of Azure Services
- Passion for learning along with good business sense and time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
