Job Description & Skillset Requirement:
We are looking for a SAP CRM Consultant to provide advice on all enhancements and functionalities in the BCRM system's for Customer Service and CRM Modules. The person will collaborate and provide
assistance to TNB to ensure all solution designs delivered are of the highest quality and to avoid any disruption to the TNB operation.
It would be a strong advantage if the person was good at debugging to identify problems, correct them, and determine the workaround for specific issues. Besides delivering business solutions, the person is expected to provide impact assessment for the Solution Review Meeting, perform root cause analysis, defect resolution and testing in the BCRM system. The person is expected to have strong communication
skills and be able to plan and complete tasks on time. He/she should be able to multitask and work at odd hours.
SAP CRM Consultant Responsibilities:
Involve in requirement gathering with stakeholder on new requirements for Customer Service &
CRM Module.
Perform assessments based on the requirement given and find the best solutions among all
possible options and presenting to Solution Review Meeting.
Provide support, advice, and solutions in Solution Review Meeting for Customer Service & CRM
Module (Program, reports etc)
To ensure timely and complete implementation related to Customer Service and CRM module for new requirements, optimization of business processes and system functionalities and
performance tuning.
To prepare Functional Design, Configuration Design document and etc.
To ensure successful execution of Design Acceptance Test (DAT).
To ensure successful execution by collaborating with Quality Assurance Testing team for System
Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) etc.
To ensure successful execution by collaborating with third party such as myTNB, ERMS etc for
System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) etc
To ensure successful deployment of Business Solutions and mini projects including Go Live
Support.
Analyzing mySSC tickets (incidents & problems) and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify
problems and correcting the problems. This including amended to the functional design and
testing.
To identify interdependencies and highlight /identify gaps in existing functionalities.
Monitor and clear Queue error in SMQ1
SAP CRM Consultant Requirements:
SAP CRM Certified.
More than 5 years experience as SAP CRM Consultant
