Are you a CRM Developer or SaaS Application Engineer who loves building, extending, and integrating enterprise-scale software platforms Our technology delivery team is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for three (3) Technical CRM Developers to join us in Kuala Lumpur!

This isn't just a drag-and-drop platform setup role. We need engineers with a strong coding foundation who know how to manipulate APIs, manage complex releases, and build custom programmatic extensions on enterprise SaaS systems.

Requirement Note: This position is open to Local Malaysian citizens and residents.

• Core Competency: CRM Engineering with programmatic coding/scripting experience
• Key Domains: SaaS Integration, Package Development Estimating, API Management, SaaS Testing

️ Your Core Technical Execution:

• Programmatic Customization: Configure, customize, and extend packaged SaaS CRM platforms using native coding languages, custom APIs, and advanced developer toolkits to meet strict technical specifications.
• Complex System Integration: Design and implement robust backend integration touchpoints linking the CRM platform with auxiliary enterprise software platforms and databases.
• Release & Stability Management: Take full ownership of release cycles, patching schedules, and environment branching while monitoring application performance to guarantee optimal uptime.
• Development Estimation: Apply advanced estimation frameworks to scope out development timelines, architectural risks, and delivery milestones independently.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Author comprehensive SaaS testing strategies, verifying that custom scripts and workflows preserve native system performance without breaking compatibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with business units to translate operational friction points into technical roadmap solutions, providing training and support to facilitate high user adoption.

What You Bring to the Table:

• The Developer Mindset: Proven commercial experience developing inside major CRM ecosystems (such as Salesforce Apex/LWC, Microsoft Dynamics 365 C#/.NET plugins, or Oracle CX).
• Integration Fluency: Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and modern data-interchange formats used to keep systems synchronized.
• Autonomy: The capability to act as a platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading team problem-solving sessions and estimating technical effort accurately.
