Job Description

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises) solutions
  • Work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
  • Create and integrate Custom APIs, Plugins, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions that align with business goals
  • Conduct unit testing, support QA efforts, and assist in production deployments
  • Document technical solutions, best practices, and support knowledge transfer to internal teams

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with D365 Case Management
  • Proficient in developing Canvas Apps, Custom APIs, Workflows, and Power Automate flows
  • Strong experience building Plugins and integrating third-party services
  • Experience with SSIS for ETL and data migration
  • Solid understanding of Azure DevOps for version control and build/release pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of CRM entities, workflows, and form scripting
