We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (On-Premises/online) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in D365 Case Management, Custom APIs, Plugins, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and integration of CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises) solutions
Work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
Create and integrate Custom APIs, Plugins, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions that align with business goals
Conduct unit testing, support QA efforts, and assist in production deployments
Document technical solutions, best practices, and support knowledge transfer to internal teams
Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with D365 Case Management
Proficient in developing Canvas Apps, Custom APIs, Workflows, and Power Automate flows
Strong experience building Plugins and integrating third-party services
Experience with SSIS for ETL and data migration
Solid understanding of Azure DevOps for version control and build/release pipelines
