We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented
CRM Manager / Specialist to take ownership of our CRM system,
Odoo, with a strong focus on supporting sales operations. This role is critical in driving system accuracy, streamlining sales workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
CRM System Administration
- Administer, configure, and maintain the CRM system (Odoo) to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
- Oversee system upgrades, customizations, and integrations as needed.
Data Integrity & Analytics
- Maintain clean and accurate data by managing imports, exports, deduplication, and validation processes.
- Develop dashboards and generate CRM reports on salesperson activity, performance, and pipeline trends.
- Perform basic data analysis to support business decisions and uncover insights.
Sales Process Optimization
- Automate and streamline sales workflows to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure the CRM supports key sales and marketing functions.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Gather and translate business requirements into CRM solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with external vendors or partners during CRM rollouts, enhancements, or troubleshooting.
Training & Adoption
- Provide CRM training and support to new and existing staff.
- Assist with onboarding of sales team members and support teams that interact with finance (e.g., payments and invoicing modules).
- Create and maintain user documentation, manuals, and SOPs.
System Maintenance & Security
- Implement and monitor access controls, security protocols, and regular system checks.
- Stay updated on Odoo CRM capabilities and suggest improvements based on evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 23 years of experience in a similar CRM role; fresh graduates not preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and data-handling techniques; knowledge of Python, XML, or other automation tools is advantageous.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience coordinating CRM projects or rollouts, ideally using Agile methodologies.

Working hour: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9.30am to 1.00pm (Onsite)
