We are looking for a CRM Operations Intern to support our CRM team in campaign operations, data hygiene, and marketing systems governance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who wants hands-on exposure to CRM platforms, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a real production environment.
The intern will work closely with the CRM team on structured, well-defined tasks that contribute directly to campaign performance, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
- Support CRM data hygiene work, including:
- Reviewing and documenting CRM events and attributes in tracking sheets
- Verifying completeness and consistency of event data across platforms
- Assist in basic reporting checks (e.g. data completeness, obvious anomalies)
- Maintain internal trackers (events, campaigns, finance logs) with proper version control
Weekly Tasks
- Assist with Netcore events cleanup and documentation, including:
- Mapping events to business definitions
- Flagging missing or inconsistent parameters
- Coordinating clarifications with Product Owners via prepared templates
- Support campaign operations by:
- Validating campaign setup details (names, dates, segments, channels)
- Performing post-campaign data checks before reporting
- Help prepare simple summary views for weekly CRM performance reviews
Monthly Tasks
- Assist with finance and admin-related CRM work, such as:
- Tracking vendor invoices and cost allocations
- Updating business case or cost-tracking sheets
- Support monthly CRM data consolidation (e.g. combining reports, ensuring no duplicated headers or rows)
- Contribute to documentation updates (process flows, SOPs, data dictionaries)
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Comfortable with Excel (filters, formulas, basic PivotTables)
- Detail-oriented and patient with structured, repetitive tasks
- Able to follow documentation and processes carefully
- Willing to ask questions and flag inconsistencies rather than assume
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or CRM concepts is a plus, but not required
