CRM Product Manager
Work Split: 20% CRM Product Management | 80% Project & Vendor Coordination
Job Summary
This role oversees two CRM vendors: Singapore-based and China-based . You will combine CRM product work with end-to-end project delivery and cross-regional vendor management to ensure stable system operation and business support for brand member & customer management.
Key Responsibilities
- (20% Product Work) Gather business requirements, plan CRM function iterations, optimize product experience for member operation and marketing scenarios.
- (80% Project & Coordination) Manage full lifecycle projects for two CRM vendors across Singapore and China; track progress, control risks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Act as the key contact for internal teams and external vendors, resolve issues and streamline cross-regional collaboration.
- Monitor vendor service quality, compile regular reports and maintain standardized project workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, 3+ years experience in CRM product or project management; experience with fashion/retail brands is a plus.
- Familiar with CRM systems, member operation and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong vendor management, cross-team communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Fluent in English for daily regional communication.
- Proactive, detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
