Responsible for designing and building the general capacity of cross-border payments, including fund settlement/FX solution/ fee reconciliation , promoting the innovation and transformation of system capabilities and continuous iterative optimization, outputting general solutions under proactively insight and customer demands refining
Responsible for upgrading and optimizing customer service related product and capabilities of cross-border payments
Responsible for continuously optimizing payment experience of cross-border payments, tracking and improving payment success rate, outputting effective solutions, and driving teams to achieve payment operation goals.
Maintaining a good cooperative relationship with BD, product and tech team, effectively promoting the implementation of product capabilities and obtaining results.
Requirements:
More than three years of relevant working experience in the payment industry, in-depth understanding of cross-border payments, working experience in card schemes or mainstream acquirers is preferred.
Have product designing sense and ability, a certain understanding of payment system architecture design is preferred.
Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, overseas study or working experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, resource integration skills, goal orientation, strong self-drive and initiative.
