Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential clients for Bridgenix through existing networks, professional connections, and proactive market outreach
- Leverage established networks within OTC trading desks, payment agents, media buyers, and the broader crypto ecosystem to generate high-quality leads
- Source and engage clients with real transaction volume and strong business fundamentals
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales by driving engagement and facilitating deal progression
- Drive crypto-to-fiat conversion and payout flows, supporting clients in executing efficient fund movements
- Facilitate initial client introductions and support early-stage discussions to align client needs with Bridgenix's solutions
- Close deals and scale Total Payment Volume (TPV) by expanding client activity and deepening account engagement
Requirements
- Proven track record of OTC Sales
- Strong professional network within fintech, Web3, crypto, payments, or related financial services industries
- Proven ability to source, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client acquisition roles
- Good understanding of regulated financial services, compliance, and AML/KYC considerations
- Ability to identify suitable clients aligned with Bridgenix's target customer profile and risk appetite
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
