Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Crypto OTC & Payments Lead to oversee and scale Bridgenix's OTC trading, payment operations, strategic partnerships, and regulatory initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations while driving the company's growth across digital asset payments, liquidity management, compliance, and licensing efforts.

The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, payment infrastructure, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows, with the ability to collaborate across business, compliance, and technology teams.

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new clients for Bridgenix's OTC trading, payment, and digital asset solutions.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, including businesses, institutions, payment companies, fintechs, and digital asset firms.
  • Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and solution consultations.
  • Work closely with management to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate new business opportunities.

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Guide clients through KYC, KYB, and account setup requirements.
  • Coordinate with compliance and operations teams to facilitate timely onboarding and account activation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and account growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand client engagement and product adoption.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, client onboarding, or customer success within fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets.
  • Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital asset markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain technical and compliance-related concepts to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
