Role Description The CS & Reservation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, responsible for managing guest inquiries, reservations, and customer support for Wakely's hospitality properties. Day-to-day tasks include handling reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms, updating booking systems, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure accurate room availability and smooth check-ins. The role involves addressing guest concerns, providing information about property features and services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The CS & Reservation Executive also supports basic sales activities, such as upselling room types and packages, helping to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Reservations and Customer Satisfaction, including managing bookings and resolving guest issues in a professional manner.
- Sales skills to support upselling of rooms, packages, and services, contributing to revenue growth.
- Proficiency with reservation or property management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
- Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, including flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and inquiries simultaneously.
- Prior experience in hospitality, accommodation, or property management environments is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
