We're hiring Multilingual CS Agent (Korean + Mandarin)
[Open for Local Malaysian Only]
Location: Selangor (Near MRT Bandar Utama/One Utama)
Salary: Up to RM 8,000 (inclusive of language allowance)
Start: Immediate Joiners Only
We are urgently looking for local Malaysian candidates with strong Mandarin and Korean language proficiency to join a Global Delivery Center supporting international markets.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, portal) while handling complex, high-impact cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support across phone, email, chat, and portal
- Understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate service actions
- Perform issue identification, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Take full ownership of cases and drive resolutions end-to-end
- Handle escalated and complex cases with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, distributors, and vendors
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Share knowledge and best practices with the wider team
Supported Markets & Working Hours
[8:00 AM 5:00 PM/9:00 AM 6:00 PM]
Korean & Mandarin Markets (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong)
Work Arrangement
First 6 months: 100% onsite (training + transition period)
Post steady state: Hybrid (2 days WFH per week)
Training:
1 month formal training
1 month ramp-up period
Requirements
- Local Malaysian candidates only
- Korean (TOPIK 5/6) + Mandarin (Speak, Read & Write)
- Experienced in Customer Service is a must
- Excellent business English communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to handle complex situations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global support environment
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Language assessment required (Mandarin / Korean)
