Critical Thinking & High-Context Judgment
Ability to analyse ambiguous or high-risk cases with precision and evaluate nuanced contextual signals.
Child Safety & Ethical Reasoning
Strong grounding in safeguarding principles, risk mitigation, and ethical, non-biased decision-making.
Analytical & Investigative Ability
Skilled in pattern recognition, evidence-based reasoning, and identifying grooming/evasion behaviours.
Policy Interpretation
Ability to understand and apply complex CSAM/CSEM and Trust & Safety policies with flexibility and consistency.
Communication Excellence
Clear, concise documentation of decisions, escalation reasoning, and insights for policy teams.
Emotional Resilience
Composure and stability while reviewing highly sensitive content; commitment to wellness protocols.
Cultural & Legal Acumen
Understanding of global and regional child-safety frameworks, regulations, and contextual sensitivities.
