About Business Unit

Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize cloud solutions for customers, ensuring seamless implementation and project delivery.
• Act as the technical bridge between customers and Tencent Cloud's backend teams, translating customer requirements and industry best practices into actionable solutions.
• Monitor, oversee, and deliver both POCs and migration projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards.
• Provide technical consultation, troubleshooting and advisories, collaborating with sales teams to drive customer engagement and cloud adoption.
• Standby for post-sales technical support requests from our premier customers, may need to work in some weekends and/or public holidays on a roster basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in public cloud, CDN and/or cloud security.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese to effectively engage with regional and China-based stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI, scripting language development, and project management skills are preferred.
