Business Unit Introduction CSIG
Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.
Responsible for quality assurance of Tencent Cloud products, including:
- End to end test ownership. Own at least one product, focusing on test requirement analysis, test case design, test case execution, defect tracking, software quality analysis, etc.
- Test efficiency enhancement. Leverage multiple technologies in industry to achieve excellent test execution efficiency and product defect identification, by Automation Testing, Chaos Testing, DevOps, AI based workflow, etc.
- Necessary delivery support. Collaborate with other roles and enterprise clients tounderstand business requirements and deliver best-in-class cloud solutions, on demand.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or equivalent, with 3+ years ofexperience in system testing or test development, familiarity with software testing processes and standards.
- Experience in automation testingperformance testing and test methodologies, with solid test analysis and design capabilities.
- Experience in cloud computing technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure/Tencent Cloud).
- Knowledge of at least one of programming languages, such as C/C++, Python, Java or Perl.
- Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Speak, write and read fluently in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in at least 2 of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Big Data / Databases / DevOps in cloud computing.
- Professional experience with Tencent Cloud and/or other relevant offerings such as Databricks/Hadoop, MySQL/Oracle.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, able to coordinate with different roles to drive issue resolution.
- Experience with AI large language models (LLMs), with the ability to leverage AI to enhance work efficiency.
- Speak, write and read fluently in Mandarin.
