Business Unit Introduction - CSIG

Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and communication to customers subscribing to CDN and/or Security solutions
• Monitor the system alerts, security events and/or performance issues from various engerprise products.
• Perform basic configuration changes, troubleshooting, and initial incidence assessments before escalating to a backend support team according to pre-established procedures and runbook
• Support onboarding of applications and domains onto CDN and/or Security systems.
• Analyze HTTP/HTTPS traffic logs to identify suspicious or malicious behavior.
• Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and shift handover notes.
• Participate in shift rotation / on-call support when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in security operations, network operations, or technical support.
• Good to have Basic understanding of:
• Web protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, cookies, headers
• DNS and SSL/TLS
• Web security fundamentals (OWASP Top 10)
• Willingness to learn and follow incident response processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (written and verbal).
