Requirements:
• 2.5+ years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support
• Preferably from Digital Advertising or BPO background
• Experience handling voice calls, live chat, and emails
• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud
• Ability to guide advertisers on campaign optimization and platform best practices
Job Scope:
• Handle customer queries via voice, chat, and email
• Support advertisers with campaign optimization
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and issue resolution
